• Inquiries and Communications: If you communicate with us or otherwise fill out a form, submit an inquiry or question (e.g., via webform), or otherwise contact/communicate with us (e.g., via phone or chat feature), we collect and record your contact information (such as first and last name, email address, and phone number), account identifiers and history, (described above), and any other personal data and content you choose to provide in the content of your message or communication (including recordings or transcripts from phone calls and chat features with which you engage, where permitted by law).
