Sanford's Most Recognizable House Has a Few Surprises Inside If you've driven through Sanford more than once, you already know this house. It's the mint green one. But now she's mint green with fresh paint, new floors, a backyard that feels like its own oasis, and a price tag that makes a lot of sense once you've stood in that living room.
