Please note, that since owners have owned the lot, Township has made a new regulation of only one camper per lot being allowed. Property corners are marked as well! Two firepits sit on the lot as well, one for sitting around creating memories while relaxing under the stars and a smaller pit primarily used for cooking. Now a winter wonderland, the association during the summer is a sea of green, the roads surrounded by a tunnel of trees, with lots of wildlife to see. Dues for the private and gated White Birch Lakes Recreational Association are only $440 annually for all that it offers. Cast a line in one of three private (and stocked!) lakes—no fishing license required! Or go to the clubhouse to swim in the heated, year-round pool, relax in the sauna, or enjoy a nice game of tennis, basketball, or even putt putt golf! Ride the private ATV trails or take a walk through their scenic walking trails. Have a big family or friend group? This association also has a private campground for your overnight guests. At the campground, there is a playground, cornhole, and pavilion for get-togethers! The Association also hosts community events. Enjoy camping from May up to October 31st.
